The concept here is you read a small piece of a story and choose what you would like to do next from multiple existing choices. When you read the next piece of the story the process starts over. If the next piece of the story has not yet been written you have the option of creating it.
This is a project I have wanted to do since I first stumbled upon one of these in the mid-90's somewhere long-forgotten on the 'net.
